Where We Deliver

We currently deliver Lebanon only. All deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery Fees

Inside Beirut : 3.5$

Outside Beirut: 5$

A flat delivery fee of 3.5$ inside and 5$ outside Beirut applies to all orders within the Lebanon. Enjoy free delivery on orders above 49$.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. To avoid any delays, please make sure your full address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Outdoor & Large Items

Some larger items, such as outdoor play equipment and ride-on products that require installation, are shipped directly from the warehouse. These items may take a little longer to arrive due to installation requirements.

For items that are available only in-store, please allow an extra 24 hours for collection before dispatch.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday to Saturday and aim to have them ready within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you notice that an item is incorrect or missing when your order arrives, you can refuse the delivery, and no payment will be required. Our team will be happy to assist you further.

Missed Delivery or Rescheduling

Our courier will contact you before delivery. If you’re not available at the scheduled time, no worries—your delivery will be rescheduled for the next working day.
